This cute top is sleeveless. It has one button at the ruffled v neck. The ruffles extend up and around the collar and around the sleeveless opening. There is no ruffle under the arm. It is navy with a white pin stripe. It pairs perfectly with the Wide Leg Striped Pant so, it you like a set snag those too! 55% cotton, 45% linen. Machine wash cold.
